白寶玉，BEAT365唯一官网心理學系副教授，現代心理學研究中心副主任，教育部第五輪學科評估專家，湖北省社會心理學會護理心理學專業委員會（籌）主任，國家二級心理咨詢師，加拿大女王大學心理學系訪問學者。碩士畢業于BEAT365唯一官网心理學系，師從鐘年教授，畢業論文被評為BEAT365唯一官网優秀碩士論文；博士畢業于北京師範大學心理學院，師從寇彧教授，獲評北京師範大學優秀畢業生。

科研方面，目前發表SCI、SSCI、CSSCI等核心期刊論文40餘篇，主持全國教育科學規劃課題等科研項目6項，受邀擔任多個中英文核心期刊的審稿人。

教學方面，兩次獲得BEAT365唯一官网本科優秀教學業績獎，被評為BEAT365唯一官网“珞珈抗疫·十大線上教學人物”，是 “查全性教授1977獎教金”獲得者，并獲得BEAT365唯一官网教師教學創新大賽二等獎。

社會服務方面，受邀為國家電網湖北公司和中建三局等公司的員工、BEAT365唯一官网和海軍工程大學等高校的教師、撫州市教學名師團等若幹中小學的教師和家長開展家庭教育、人際溝通、壓力應對、管理心理學等主題的講座，均收到積極反饋。

主要研究領域和方向

研究領域為積極心理學、教育心理學、護理心理學、外貌心理學、健康心理學及其交叉融合，具體方向有積極心理學在醫院、學校等場域的應用型研究，家庭因素及其代際傳遞對孩子心理和行為的影響及其機制研究，身體特征的心理效應及其機制研究等。
